Come Celebrate the Colorado Steampunk Facebook Group in the news!
Due to our sudden fame, we are throwing a bash to celebrate being in the news (and finally having it air!).
So, join us Friday, January 29th (NOTE THE CHANGE OF DATE BY POPULAR VOTE) for an evening of bowling (a classic sport invented millenia ago) at Golden Bowl from 6pm-8pm. Shoes are $2.50 and games are $3.25…if you’re a social bowler like I am, it’s about 2 games in 2 hours.
Afterward we shall retire to a private room reserved for us at the Rock Rest Lounge, located at 16004 Mount Vernon Road, where they will change the channel on their lovely large flat-panel aethertubes so that we may watch our news special in style. Billiards and shuffleboard are also available, as well as a delightfully inexpensive and tasty menu. We have this room from 8:30-11pm, in case you want to join us after the bowl.
As always, do come dressed to the hilt to celebrate this momentous occasion!
